Performance data: We retain details of users’ performance on the questions they undertake.

Chalkboard does not process or hold any payment details. Users who pay for a subscription will have their payment processed by Barclaycard on an external site managed by Barclays Bank Plc or one of its agents.
If you sign up for online tutoring and select a tutor for a lesson the tutor will be given access to your account for the purpose of analysing the performance of your child. We will keep your personal information confidential within our group of companies and not pass it on to any 3rd parties unless we are required to do so by law.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that your information is kept safe and will endeavour to protect it from unauthorised access including, where appropriate using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Your information will only be kept for a commercially reasonable period of time for the purposes stated above.
We may store information about you using cookies (files which are sent by us to your computer or other access device), which we can access when you visit our site in future. We do this so that when an existing subscriber visits a Website it is easier to login and also to monitor visitor usage of a Website.
